This is Dolly, and she’s a Fluffpaca! Fluffpaca are fluffies with a little more alpaca/llama in them than normal fluffies. They’re a bit taller than a regular fluffy because of their longer legs and neck, and their coats are more like alpaca fleece than the standard fluff. This also means they stumble and trip over themselves more. Clumsy little things.
I like to think that Hasbio went out of business or something after an accidental release of early fluffy prototypes, so Fluff Co. replaced them as a corporate titan. They’ll do anything to make a profit off these little abominations, including messing with their already soupy genetics to make critters like fluffpacas! Their colourful fleece is super soft and is harvested to make fluffy sweaters, children’s mittens and hats, baby clothing, and anything else they think can make them money.
Dolly here is their prized premium fluffpaca, and her face is on the packaging of all their premium fluffpaca products. She lives a happy free-range life at the Fluff Co. Farm (or Ranch; Dolly might be confused), but she’s a very lucky lady! There’s a lot of industrial cruelty behind closed doors, but appearances are important, so Dolly and a few other premium specimens are happy and cared for.
Fluff Co. also has days where you can buy tickets to pet and play with the free-range fluffpacas, but that’s very expensive (obviously), and if somehow a fluffpaca ends up harmed during this time, that’s a big hefty fine for damaged product!
