Flufftober Day 11 Float (Timewarp)

Most fluffies drown but this little herd can float! Is this natural selection?

That’s so pretty.
I love the way you draw backgrounds, it all just looks so nice and tranquil :relieved:

theres’s only one way to discover

maybe just me, but I always assume the high body fat made them like a buoy. They probably couldn’t steer or propel themselves, but id wager they could stay afloat until they washed ashore. (or of a nearby waterfall)

also certainly a nice background, very detailed and complex compared to my green slabs lmfao

Maybe these feral have evolve and surpass its sucky predecessor abit.

Such loveliness. My scientific mind is hopeful to see how to branches out. For better or worse.

Just very gassy.

Does anyone remember bowl fluffies?

Fluff full of air, like a baby sea otter?

Remember them? You mean they’re not a thing anymore?

It’s just that you’d think that with “Float” somebody would remember about them, so it feels like everybody’s forgotten.

a bowl fluffy is a one-trick… pony
so naturally the lack of versatility leaves them in the state of oblivion quite often

They’re buoyant, but don’t know how to hold their breath. At all. Also wet fluff weighs them down.

Probably true, but it might vary from breed to breed, some might be closer to a sea fluffy and have air filled fur, kinda like a baby otter
