Seems like something the realtor would’ve throw out or called the last owners about. I mean that corpse had to have stunk up the place and soaked into the carpet. I choose to believe that it’s an undead fluffy who is about to be excited to see a new little mommy.

Could have been an elderly relative and the family decided to move in because it’s a nice big house and they find that.
