There is a trope with Fluffies that they can drown in the smallest amount of water. This is going on the logic of even thinking about water makes it drown.

Very old-skool fluffy trope; a lot of early greentext stories were basically:
Fluffy exists
Water is mentioned in some fashion.
Fluffy pony drowns.
Just imagine something so exceedingly over-complicated as packing all these default behaviors into genetic programming and hoping there are no weird glitches in the final product (go ahead Microsoft, try to patch this security flaw). Add generations, mutations, allelic drift, and Pavlov can’t even ring this bell.
