I’ve done some digging and apparently characters can get shadow banned and it can’t be reversed, only making a new character will work. Like I said sunk cost fallacy I’ll just keep using on the mobile site, sucks that I can’t find anything about getting it undone but oh well ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Download the app and then go into app settings, default options, open links with app, and enable the feature.
