in my version of fluffies wings and horns aren’t useless growths but actually do something like their original counterparts, they were picked up by a unicorn capable of telekinesis

I think they got picked up by Telekenesis.
I think that’s usually the effect unicorns use in MLP for it.

Either an advanced one with useful abilities (ie compared to normal having none or very basic sparks/lights), or an mlp crossover probably.
