The Lovers: The Lovers means relationships, love, harmony, the alignment of values and choices. It also has a personal meaning for someone alone, because it means the unification of thoughts and actions. To become whole. It also means a moment where you must consider all choices before making a decision. You do not want to engage in an action with mixed feelings. Be aware of your decision, and accepting of its consequences.
Reversed: Loss of harmony, indecision based on conflicting opinions, conflict between two sides, inner conflict, arguments and infighting.
The Star: The Sun is reward, and the Moon is illusions, but what is the Star. The Star is hope. It is faith in that things will go alright. If the Fool is blind faith in going forward, the Star is faith that something good will happen to those who wait. It is not blind faith, you need to be grounded a little in reality, but hope is eternal. A vulnerable state, you are opening yourself to the potential of having your heart broken, but hope is strong. It isn’t a desire to have what you’re hoping for though. The sight alone reaffirms your faith, and gives you confidence to move forward. Spirituality, faith, purpose, and renewal of belief.
Reversed: Loss of faith, losing interest in what you used to enjoy, despair, overwhelming boredom, and loss of purpose.
