I get that Apple is evil, but damn, even their front facing customer support guys aren’t pretending at this point, are they?
Thanks. It was a cell phone picture at work while trying to talk to the dumbest tech support person I’d ever spoken too. And he was an employee of the company!

As ridiculous the idea of fluffy tech support is, I bet they could handle quite a good portion of common customers.
Or they could, if the idiot callers weren’t likely to yell at them till they cry - before being forwarded to humans who tell them to try what the fluffy just told them to.
