These developing foals are perfect for a vessel, with no experience and still in formation in all ways, they are given a bless, power that surpasses any fluffy, even the toughest toughie of all herds, no one know why an alleyway favors the unborn only, but they are feared by those fluffies who have adopted a religion based on nature, such as the peony herds.
A fluffy has no way of knowing it is a witch by itself until it surpasses the filly/colt stage of its life, gaining unnatural fortune and charming humans easily, they are still whispered even if they are not within an alleyway, they are taught by the whispers how to become powerful through pagan rituals.
