You may remember FOAL from various PSAs promoting fluffy welfare. I envisioned the FOAL Association as a neutralbox organization in a universe where fluffies aren’t hellgremlins by default, pragmatically dealing with fluffies and the problems they present. Basically, respecting fluffies as tiny stupid being with real thoughts and feelings, but also not tolerating the more pestilent aspects of them. A commonsense approach if you will.
