Funny how the blue one didn’t mind any of the abuse.
The thing is, the gastrointestinal tracts are really only designed to go one way especially the intestines. So what would likely happen is all the poop would just collect in the middle until something ruptured or the internal pressure would force poop out of both their mouths before something ruptured.
So a better abuse scenario would be to feed both head massive amounts of food until they basically turn into a two headed shit ballon that either pops or dies of sepsis
