they would nibble the chocolate off the hemp seeds and spit them out lol. “what’s this healthy thing in my delicious treat?”
im envious of the guy whose rat lived to be eight. absolutely incredible

it was in the UK i think? he didn’t really have an answer for it either, said he just kept taking care of it and it kept chugging along (until it didn’t). i would love to keep my buddies for eight years x_x

Yeah, I wish rats regularly lived that long. They’re so sweet and funny and smart. That was the luckiest rattie owner on the planet.
