A quick death for the baby factories and the babies followed by a slow and agonizing death for the smarty.
Alternatively dismember the smarty and run the bits through the machine and let the baby factories and their foals feast.

Fluffies may be a mostly defective product but parts of the genetic programming like the desire to have a owner on display here seem to work as intended. Although I doubt that even dedicated Hugboxers would want to adopt it after seeing how fucked up it is.

Take the pillows, babies, and smarty to a warehouse and cut off his limbs, turn them into a delicious 5 star skettie and feed it to the pillows, when smarty demands some give him a bite and tell him how thats skettie made of him and how it tastes better than any other skettie.
Take the pillows and babies after and sort babies for any worth anything, dispose of unnecessary product and sell the value ones to a shop.
Slowly feed smarty subpar expired ramen with ketchup while reminding him the bestest skettie he ever ate was made of him.
Watch as he decides its better to eat himself rather than eat the trash “sketties”.
Continue to remind him that the best skettie is made of him and watch as over time he slowly eats himself and stop feeding him any other skettie.
Either he dies of infection, bloodloss, or just physically cant eat anymore of himself and starves

My advice? Pull the Smarty’s jaw apart. Not rip it off, just to dislocate it enough where it just hangs loosely.
The Smarty can’t eat Sketti again or hold onto anything.

I love the dead mummah with the huge litter. I’m not sure if I get how she died between part 2 and this one though (although maybe I just missed something obvious). Did she try to hold the babies in so hard that she puked and choked on it? (Certainly a creative death if that’s the case!)

Hello. I have not illustrated that event.
My canon idea is that the brown foal that tried to run away in “part 1” was hers.
He was discovered by the smarty. Smarty got angry with the mare and used his teeth to hold her by the hair then he started shaking her and broke her neck.
