I don’t enjoy eating entrails but it’s a very traditional meal here: lungs, heart and liver of lamb or pork. Eugh.

Eye contact is the best part of cooking a live fluffy. The expression of hopelessness, rage, and betrayal, on a fluffy that knows that you are torturing it to eat it, is the ultimate sauce.
