I think it’s a vet examination room and the figure in the background is using hand gestures to say something along the line of “nothing can be done, better to do it now so it can be quick and painless.”
Or at least that’s my take on it.

That’s exactly it. The red thing is supposed to be a tie. There’s a reason i don’t draw people. I’m real bad at it.

I thought it was well done and conveyed exactly enough information without moving the focus off of the fluffy. If it works, then it works, and it worked.
