“Chaotic” is very charitable. I think “brain damaged” is much more accurate. People love going there, on vacations, and to live. I have been there a few times, and I don’t get it. It’s hot and humid, and that’s coming from someone that grew up, in part at least, in New Orleans. It’s hot and humid compared to the rest of the Gulf Coast. There are two beacons of civilization. Miami, although it still has a large population of Florida Man, and Orlando (home of Disney World).
