Trained in the art of “sorry-stabbies” Gwiffith led his playmates and plushy friends through countless imaginary victories. Overtime, Gwiffith became a respected leader among his friends.
Then the Hooman-hand bestowed armor and strength beyond fluffy comprehension(Hard plastic costume and a vitamin pill) allowing him to fulfil his ultimate goal.

Summary
Originally, he was just gonna be just Dom’s older brother with a sword and shield and not a Berserk reference, but because a relative’s going through a berserk phase over a break up I felt a bit inspired. Not only that but after a watching Berserk myself, Griffith’s actions coincide with Dom’s personality quite well.
