Oh I remember this from the booru, the worst part for me is that its based off a real picture so unlike some of the most insane stories here this could definitely happen if fluffies were real.

When I worked as a part of animal care staff at the Humane Society we would get hoarder cases.
One I really remember involved cats, one cat in particular from one of these cases was a beautiful grey long haired sweet heart of a cat that was shy but and was a little skittish but I sat in one of the free roam rooms with her and took my time with her and she eventually curled up in my lap.
Its moments like that is what makes working at a shelter worth while
