It helps that yours are actually kinda horselike. I’ve said it before, I genuinely forget they have hooves half the fucking time. I’m just like “yeah like a pad or whatever fuck my head hurts” until it comes time to like shove a bunch of tiny shards of fibreglass in there.

Huh.
This is actually a decent idea. Not much damage they can do to themselves or each other with it, and it gets them more exercise and thus tires them out compared to sitting on their ass with blocks or a ball.
Might even make them tone up enough to look more like actual horses.
