This is something I wanted to do for a long time honestly. So here it is.
First I ofc draw the base, and I always use circles and oval shapes to make each part of the fluffy’s body.
Second, I draw the body based on a pig most of the times. This one is going to be in a neutral stance, so here it is. I also give its proportions some adjustments like the body.
Third, I draw a face for the muzzle (Yes, I’ve accepted the meme), big eye sockets, and as I don’t want to do another process showing a pegasus and a unicorn separate I’ll be drawing a alicorn. Also some waves to separate the hooves and the rest of its body.
Fourth, I close the horn to make it easier to paint afterwards and adjust the wings and, most of the times, I just draw some random hair.
Fifth, it’s sometimes hard to see on my other arts, but I always do some ripples around its body to simulate its fur. And it’s now that I make the real tail.
Finally, I erase parts of the base body to make it more beautiful (and punchable).
And JUST THEN, I add the eyes, I always use the circle tool of Ibis Paint to do them. And (as this fluffy is female) I add lashes to it.
Now the body is ready, however, it still needs color, so I’ll just post the coloring process or else I would be yapping for a long time.
I use the blur tool around the shadows to make them smoother on the fluffy and adjust its opacity to 75% to not make it too dark.
And here it is, my way of drawing Fluffy Ponies. I hoped you liked it. You can use these as a base for you to draw your own if you don’t already draw fluffies.
If you draw my fluffies in another post (like comparing artists and art styles), please credit me, that’s all I ask for.
Anyways, thanks for you attention and support throughout all my posts. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. : )
And ye, I forgot to color the muzzle again.
