My first thought was that the pregnant mare is carrying the Smarty’s kids and his mate is jealous. I can’t remember the whole herd unit but maybe she can’t have any kids herself.
As for what happens next. Well now that the herd has a human owner who’s gonna question why there’s a bunch of dead kids, me think Psycho Bitch is gonna have a lot of explaining to do.
