Honestly, the human-like faces on the fluffies works for the theme. It creates a sense of connection and empathy.
The ice cream man probably sees himself in the fluffies the same way a lot of humans will say their pet cat or dog is part of the family.

Love the idea of cowfluffs or fluffycows or mooflies. Or whatever you end up calling them. 
But it’s one thing to abuse fluffies or even eat them. But ingesting the milk (liquid or as a dairy product) of a creature you can talk to is a messed up level I haven’t seen before. You could be sipping some fluffy milk and the little shit is sitting there straining saying she is putting in extra effort to make the milk super tasty just for you. Something about that is so beyond the normal levels of squick this site usually produces.
I can definitely see this as a niche market for people with a particular type of fetish 
Could freaking make bank if done properly
