I have seen fluffies being used as various types of balls, toys, pillows, stress pillows, white noise creators, tissues, toilet paper, flesh lights, fertilizer, food, pet food, even as pets themselves!
But a legally correct use as soap? That might be a first.

Picture this: A fluffies skin and fluff are just a protective soap holder/lathering rag. After each use their skin and fluff hanging looser and looser on their slowly shrinking body. Thus why fluffies say ‘Wawa bad for fluffy’. Not because they’ll drown, but because its corrosive to their very physical existence.

Then again. With how cheap foals are, what would the estimated net gain be from selling them as bars of soap?

There was a cartoon on the old booru that used foals as disposable wipes, similar to paper towels. Just soap, scrub, and toss.
Of course in my headcanon, it’s better to decapitate and then toss, lest the foal escape, become feral, and breed.

Never heard of fluffies being interpreted as soap, only as loofas for lathering and scrubbing with. And only foals, not full-grown fluffies.
