It’s a furry website, just like Furafinity. If a person post it the story into the website, then it means the person is a furry and decided to post it for some reason.

ive used e621, its mostly fine. theres nice cute normal art, some fun porn.
but once in a while you find something on there thats your 13th reason or makes you sit in the corner and rock back and forth for an hour.
some people put some fucked up stuff on there for fun-

I was on there once and I found a picture of mermaids in a fish cleaning ice chest, they were all anime and it was fairly fucked up. I used to post it on a fishing forum for shits and tickles and say “look at what I caught!”
I was permanently banned.

I put it this way: There are far, far worse then that. Been in the fandom for 15+ years, you learn to passively ignore shit. Just…stick to other sites like FA and such. Most people there would tend to stick to their own group/kinks, so running onto something…on the far darker…is unlikely.

its a reference to the book/show ‘13 reasons’ where this girl leaves tapes around before killing herself, each tape is another ‘reason why’ she offed herself.
Its- a very very bad series, so it was meant to be a dumb joke
