The detail of the pencil being seen underneath the foal skin is very nice.
Also the other being suffocated and squeezed to death is also nice.
But my favorite is the foal that has its eyes scooped out and its legs removed. And watching it call out to its mummah and not be aware of its blindness and amputation is just the icing on the cake.

Probably was a BMS fluffy who mistreated it even killed her other foals. So as punishment this is what she has to adore for the rest of her life.
I’m only guessing because of the Dunce Cap she’s wearing.

She was a feral pregnant mare who was neutral about bad colors and alicorns, so she was brought to a shelter, but after giving birth she develop the BMS, and attacked other mares and foals, but since she loved all her foals equaly she ended up creating a smart litter.

He was the first one to open his eyes, after that he decide to break the legs of a chirp foal who got too much close to him. So he deserve it
