Basically the first fluffy finds a garden, the snarty boots him out the way and berates him, then his special friend comes with her kids then the “this smarty land now” announcement is made.

It took me a few tries to tell what was happening too, especially the third panel. It’s hard to read the text (your handwriting is very scribbly!) or tell what’s going on when the images are this sketchy - you may want to clean your lines up a bit more or color the images (like you did the reference pics) so we can tell what’s what.

Yeah I know my handwriting is hard to read. I’ll try to make this easier to understand next time (like digital text and outlines)
