BFF Syndrome
In my canon there are two types of gigantism in fluffies.
The good gigantism for XXL fluffies, and the bad for BFF fluffies.
a Big Friendly Fluffy or Big Fucking Fatass (depends on the mood) is the total inverse of a munchkin.
By principle is the same growth hormone defect, but in BFF the body keeps growing uncontrollably while internal organs remain small.
Their life spawn is still variable.
They suffer of Proteus Syndrome, muscle dystrophy, osteoporosis, dyspnea, heart problems, ALS and corticobasal degeneration.
So far there are only 5 BFF.
Big Ben (supposed to appear in Diva’s Day as a flashback) (dead), Dolly, Big Mac (supposed to appear in classic story of a smarty in flashback) (dead), Klayton (still a chirpy bebe) and Tiny Tom.
There might be more, but feral life ain’t very clement over fluffies.
If they dont die for organ failures, even if kept well eventually their body collapse smashing their internal organs.
