Now this unfortunate foal is in danger of becoming food for stray cats.

A cat wouldn’t even think to degrade its almighty and greatly important self by consuming such a filthy, lowly “life form” (if, indeed, you can even call fluffy foals, or fluffies generally, a form of life). At best, the foal is looking at becoming a squeaky toy for about 15 minutes.
Unless the driver of the car decides to bring the babbeh home, but the stupid thing dies next day in an accident.
