So… Basically Marigold has 6 babbehs but the other two are being cared for by Curtsey and Buttercup for the moment because it not only helps her as she has “Tu much babbehs!” But it helps them cope with their lost foals… This is before the mares got competitive and stealing and turning on each other for babbehs… That doesn’t happen till abuse starts after the flood that caused sewage build up…
Spencer, the pregnant mare giving birth in the pic, ends up having 4… Only one ends up dying… But later on…
The nest in the background was Lacy’s lil palace… They all took turns $hitting on it and tearing it up after eating her huge pile of nummies…
Pretty much, as soon as they figured out the green nummies caused “tu soon babbehs” they put two and two together…
The moment Lacy got tummeh babbehs she told everyone she was eating green nummies fo bestus pwetty babbehs… So they did the same… After she gave birth and the others miscarried… She told them it was because they weren’t eating as many Gween nummies as she was… They needed to eat more sooner… Butter cup was one of the already herd members and heeded this… But the other two soon mummahs just joined and were further along…
Marigold was far enough along it wouldn’t have mattered really… She gave birth the next day or so… But Spencer would have lost all 4 of her foals… Had poopie Munstah not figured it out…
Sadly, but luckily, only 2 foals were lost… Butter cups last foals with Bawney… He drowned in the rain… They can’t have more… But considering how dumb he was due to his parents being siblings… It may not have been too bad a thing…
Two lives were lost but 10 were saved… All the same, Poopie Munstah is still gonna blame herself for not moving fast enough… And for the fact it was her own mother poisoning them… Kids always find a way to blame themselves…
