Ah, yes, I have seen people with a natural horn on them. And it’s really bone, too. It’s commonly seen in the Eastern areas of European countries. I think the most West is Poland, where a story of a Nona, (Grandma, I am part Sicilian) having a horn being three inches tall was published by NatGeo.
