that’s the reason im so partial to sadbox or horrorbox for SBS foals. i cant really find it in my heart to hate them, but watching them grow up coddled & spoiled definitely triggers something rageful in me.
could even be jealousy tbh. grief over my own shitty childhood & not getting the extra attention i needed when i was that young.

Yeah that’s kind of how I feel too. I think it’s jealousy that they’re allowed to have support and be who they are. I am neurodivergent and was never treated with such patience. Doesn’t make it okay I guess, but that’s why I take it out on fluffies

Right??? And because of that I feel this weird jealousy toward creatures that are designed to be treated with patience and love. But at the same time I want to protect them, it kind of just depends on my mood it makes me sad that so many of us seem to have had a common experience like that but hey at least we have each other and fluffies right?
