Blinding her defeats the point of dyeing her. He should dye her and leave her immobilised in front of a mirror so she can look at her ugliness for the rest of her life.

Honestly at this point I’d pillow the bitch and shave her. No more pretty fluff, constantly cold, and the terrible itching that’ll come when the fur starts to grow back.
