An early 3d pen project… The marbles in the eye sockets give it just the right level uncanniness. I will admit that ABS probably wasn’t the best choice of filament.

Generally, I sketch out profiles on paper and then trace over them with plastic. Then I merge the profiles to make a framework that I can build off of.
In the case of the fluffy pony, I ended up up stuffing the frame with plastic bags and leftover plastic to give it more structure. There was a lot of trial and error.
