It started off as a joke… Here? In Discord? I don’t remember now. @anon68543914 and I worked on it a bit and here we go.

Ideas that went into this:

• Loneliness can make you pretend/act like something you’re not in an attempt to fill the gap.
• Some people will engage in self-harming behaviour in order to feel loved, accepted, etc.
• When you’re in this state, people will accept you conditionally, but there’s every chance they’ll take more out of you than is healthy because frankly? Your sense of boundaries can be messed up as well. You’re not valuing yourself. Figuratively speaking, they’ll eat you alive.
• Resident Evil has a really cool scene that needed to be drawn with fluffies.

I am a little surprised he didn’t realize what being a “sketti friend” would entail, but I suppose that’s expecting a bit much from a fluffy.

IIRC @anon68543914 bleed that fluffies will do anything for “wub” (correct me if I’m wrong!). I know when I was younger I’d get depressed a lot and that didn’t do my judgement any favors. Get starved enough emotionally and you’ll leap without looking.
