Something about this room, gives me more industria1 vibes then breeding for pets.
1ike they hose the f1oors off cause no point in 1itter training food and on1y c1ean them when abso1ute1y needed, or before processing.
I think this wou1d be a great scene to pick up some industria1 abuse from. 
Meanwhi1e mom keeps thinking of each foa1 and we cut away to their particu1ar fate on the 1ine etc.
And of course now that she’s been c1eaned up and her kids are in processing she’s ready for the next batch etc.
