I always approve of fluffies-as-food content!
And now I’m thinking that if microfluffies were in my headcanon, they’d be boiled en masse, washed with alkaline solution to remove their hair, washed again in acid solution to neutralize the alkaline solution, and flash frozen. IMHC chirpies get this same treatment sans hair removal.
“What happen tu babbehs?” “We took all the bad ones away, but look! You have your bestest two! Raise them to be big and strong so they can go to Skettiland!”
