The implication of bat wings means there are bat fluffies.
Bat fluffies are head cannon morph in the community I believe after all it’s not hard to visualize given MLP has done bat winged ponies as well as fairy\dragon fly winged mini ponies depending on the series I believe they even featured a manticore monster at one point
The vampire micro probably has some hunting friends/cannibal fluffy genes

As commissioner of this i will say your 1st question will be answered in Part 2. They are sensitive but its like a Morbius Living Vampire sensitivity, not gonna burst into flames but its like what you feel after a wicked hangover + not getting outside often.
