Most mammals have “milk lines”, which is like a map of all the places breasts could go. Pretty much from the top of the chest down towards the genitals and then onto the inside of the thighs.
If humans hormones are fucked with enough (not that that would ever happen…) they can absolutely develop extra breast tissue on the bellies or thighs.

Thats pretty interesting. I think biology is neat so I’ll look into that later cuz Im curious how that works. Thanks for the info

Yea, if you look very carefully your body hair probably has spiraling whorls around where a nipple would be located since the genes are still there.
