-The main 6 would look similar to some of the official MLP merchandise. Colored weirdly with good enough hair cuts. Due to the nature of some fluffy classes getting show accurate colors with some classes is harder to get with other classes which is why an all Pegasus main 6 is cheaper than a class accurate version.
-some breeders will try and manufacture a completely accurate Main 6 using surgery and dyes. Each attempt has varying success based on how well done the breeders handy work is.
-Hasbio attempted to make pelt generation mirror the show, which was stopped prematurely. This has made some pelts a far(or close) cry from the characters you see in the show, making them a sought after pelt variant to get, even more so than the main 6.
-bonus headcanon: an attempt to create cutie marks pops up as spots or freckles sometimes in the fluffies.
-the most rare class and pelt combo is the princess pack. Especially Luna’s due to fluffies kneejerk reaction of “munsta!” Every time they see a pure black pelt.
-The most common fluffy pelts is the randomly generated colors in accordance to their classes(and partially sex). This variant is cheapest out of all of these variants. They are also the most dynamic.

This is honestly really similar to my own headcanons for fluffies! It looks really cool!

MLP color coded fluffys are so fun. Also cool artstyle btw, good amount of fluff. It makes me think of fluffy origins on 4chan. Specifically the baby horse threads.

I think the idea of winged fluffies also having more birdlike tails is really interesting

Thanks! The inaccuracy some of the MLP merchandise(like Apple Jacks hair or the colors of princess Celestia in some products) has made me think about how MLP color palettes would translate into fluffies.

It’s a shame MLP coded stuff isn’t drawn as much anymore despite its origins, but it’s fun to see how the community has grown since its origins.

I like to illustrate little mistakes like that to drive home the point that fluffies were an unbaked product that got released into the public way too soon. I’d imagine Hasbio scientists were planning on finding a way to turn their tails normal, but then the premature release made it impossible since consumers apparently felt as though the bird-like tails were more charming than the regular ponytails, and the consumers are always right in Hasbro’s eyes.
