Reading this again I really like the story telling. It takes the time it needs, the art is very expressive, and the onomatopoeia (gah, had to look up how to spell that word)/words for sound is fantastic.
Really feel bad for the little guy. Good job. I had a stray thought of this happening to kittens or puppies running feral and had to push it aside because it was disturbing me.

And @Bad_Roomie? I just want to say: this is probably one of my favorite works here. Period. Its so well done, and I know I need to do a LOT more work to even approach half of what youâve done here. The art, the story telling, the emotion, the simplicity of it all.

I bet if the baby manages to suck up some blood it will be able to survive. Fluffy blood is nutritious sure the little foal might grow into a cannibal fluffy but itâs survival of the fittest in the feral world.
I keep coming back to this comic. It is simply just a perfect encapsulation of the fluffy experience and I love it so much.
The sadness and despair of the feral condition is captured so perfectly, without resorting to cartoonish violence or absurdity.
