Oh the scar tissue on the breasts makes me cringe, but it really does convey that these guys are in for hell. If you’re looking to keep the ‘additions’ like sewn shut eyes and missing limbs may I suggest some kind of view into the milk bags thoughts? Like people below have said, eyes are extremely expression heavy things, but when all else fails a little thought bubble does wonders lol
