New product! for ugly foals. By BalderdashJhow

Hey community, I’m just writing this to ask for some advice: how the heck do you not get stuck when you’re in the middle of creating a story?
I have several stories that I haven’t been able to draw because of some stupid problem because I don’t know how to draw or express well what I want.

Ugly, pretty, they taste the same, you know?

As for what I do when I get stuck: I do something else for a while until I get unstuck. Bake, exercise, do dishes, fold laundry, fix the computer, etc.

Yeah doinf something else help for that kind of stuff.
One question: Did the people who made this product take into account the potential reaction the babies/foals could potentially have with the eyes? Those look like glassy and lifeless

You need to go back and put your name in the title

I’d suggest getting the basics of what you want(viewing angle shit, basic poses or location of a fluffy in the frame) I tend to find that throwing things ag the wall works out okay for me.
Do remember to take breaks and allow your mind to work on something that isnt art though, it helps.

If its drawing, look at other works with similar emotions. Also, just try the same face 20 times until it turns out how you want.

For writing, I always found that either changing character perspective or cutting out superfluous material helped make it easier to frame the story I was trying to tell.

You’re right: WhenTheMoonHitsYourEye. And ezpete. I guess I need to work on my drawing lines more before I overload myself with ideas.

Your initial enthusiasm has waned, and you must power through until you find it again. Keep in mind that stories do not need to be written linearly; find something (anything!) that feels interesting to start with, and just let the keys get punched.

Personally, I don’t think that foal looks ugly.
