New tags?

Is there a way to create or request new tags?

I hope that’s the right category.

Well you could ask @Virgil.
Think he is the only one that can create new tags.

What tags to you think we need?

we need the “tummy sketties” tag

I’ll discuss it with the @Tag-Tzar

A “mental illness” tag would also be appreciated.

Honestly, wouldn’t mind a Hunting Friend(s) and Wierdbox-ish tag, if my two cents are on the table.

oh and hey, there is one tag that would be great!

fluffy-does-NOT-die” tag!

because there is a “fluffy-dies” tag but nothing to say that a fluffy lives!

old message but a poopie-hugbox tag would be nice

There’s a poopy-fluffy tag and a hugbox tag. Use them in conjunction.

Sentences I did not expect to type ever.

That’s pretty much the norm with fluffies.

I know this isn’t a staff-made thread but asking the staff directly is much more intimidating than just asking in a thread:

Could we have a tag for human kids? It’s one of those things I was surprised we don’t already have, because involving children lends itself to some unique interactions. You could say it’s too common to warrant it, but if a human is involved at all it’s usually a single adult. So either I suck at finding tags, or the only child-related tag we have is “child abuse”.

how do i use them together im pretty new

When you create a post you can select three or more pertinent tags to describe it.

Exactly what H83r is saying.

For example, if you have a story that takes place in a safe-room about a pegasus eating spaghetti, you could tag it as safe-room, pegasus, and spaghetti.

yea i know, i meant how to search for 2 tags at once if thats possible

as far as I know, you can only search one at a time

It’s technically possible, but it doesn’t work the way you might hope.
Instead of getting results that only have both tags, you will get results that have either tag.
