I wrote two series of stories about that back in the Booru days. It ended poorly for the fluffies every time.

Looking at this again and it’s still great with the comments still being awesome.
In Artist-kun’s version there are a couple of things that make it easy to read the mummah as dead. Her colors are pallid. Her crotch tits are flacid and pointing to the sky, meaning she’s on her back instead of sitting up or on her side.
In the new version mummah’s colors are vivid, her crotch tits are spherical, and she’s sitting up to the point where we are seeing the scene from where her eyes would be. Combined with the shit eating foal in the background I can only read this as mummah being a douche to her own foals.
