“Sensitib Babbeh”, also known as “Wolfram’s Syndrome” is a congenital deformity that results in a large, wide body and stubby legs. This is a popular look, and many breeders actively attempt to encourage Wolfram’s in their foals, as they make far better livestock animals than the average fluffy. Foals with Wolframs require more milk to support their considerable bulk.
Of course, sometimes a “sensitib babbeh” is just a fat fuck.
