…Can we please have the option to default our watched topics to “do not watch”?

It gets a little annoying when I’m just browsing – not even posting or commenting – that the Unread tab shows up to an image or textpost I looked at, but did not post or participate in. The site just automatically assumes “You looked at this, you must want to track it now.”

Just my two cents to this dollar of a site.

I’m not entirely sure if I understand your request, because I’m fairly certain you can already toggle that in your preferences. There should be a setting called “Automatically track topics I enter” and you can either disable it entirely or tweak it to your liking.
