Personally, I only like the cinnamon raisin ones.
Though plain are great for sandwiches. I bet onion would be, too.

I’m not a " bagels " kinda guy. But onions with breakfast? Hell yes! They add bulk, a nice crunch and take some of the flavor from my ramen. They’re good on their own too!
But that’s just me.

I’d totally eat an onion bagel with the right spread, or use it as a sandwich material if I was too lazy to slice an onion.
Also I consider this in the ‘bread fluffy’ genre so I approve.
