Throw them in. Reinforce generational trauma

Thanks for the reminder to go back and throw hugbox on this, too. For I am a disgustingly merciful god.

Though it is their heritage, maybe just a dip, if they get a happy ending…

What markers did you use for this? I assume this was done on a sketchbook

Yeah, it was. I don’t own a tablet and am still learning to use my girlfriend’s. These are colored with MemOffice alcohol ink art markers. Basically the good Copic ones, but for poor people, with a side of Crayola and various colored pencils, because I guess making a good mid-range purple in alcohol ink is like, hard, or something?

ETA: Aw, shit, forgot which one we were looking at. This one here is all colored pencils with one nice, navy-blue pen for the lines, I hadn’t broken the good markers out yet.

It looks amazing, as someone who cant afford a tablet atm, its really cool seeing the art ppl can make while on a budget

Thanks again, and honestly, I’m such an old fart that traditional art is way easier for me than digital. People who think you need top-of-the-line supplies to make anything good are either insecure or trying to sell you something expensive. (They might be right if like, durability of the finished product is part of ‘good’, but you get what I’m saying.) The cheapest, crappiest art sets for kids will take you a long way, and Crayola is insane for its price point.

Lovely colors and coloring here.

Thank you! Crayola colored pencil, never sell it short. And patterns on fluffies are so fun.
