I believe you can post it by going to the category you want to post it in, in this case I’m assuming it’ll be the image self-posting, and click the new topic button. From there it’ll have roughly the same layout as the comment editor, however it’ll allow you to add a title (which you’ll need to put your name in) and tags. The little rectangle with the arrow pointed up is the button to upload, or you can drag and drop the picture into the box.
