Newer Foal-4-Skettie machines now scan foals for coloration and markings. As a way to offset the cost to the city, an alicorn with good colors will be dropped into a “safe chute” while a ugly worthless fuck of a foal will go straight to the grinder. Sketti is delivered for both but the sketti made from a poopie fluff tastes like shit and the pre-packaged sketti given in return for a valuable foal reinforces the idea that “if fwuffy gif good babbeh tu tawkie boxie den fwuffy get bettah nummies”

That´s a nice way to pay the cost of the machines and also make the fluffys keep their bad babies and get rid of their good ones.
